AudioPurge is designed to process audio files locally on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store your audio files on any server.
We may collect:
- Basic technical information (app version, OS version)
- Anonymous usage analytics (if enabled)
- Error logs (without personal data)
We do not collect:
- Audio content
- File contents
- Personal identifying information
2. How We Use Data
We use the limited data we collect to:
- Improve app stability
- Fix bugs
- Understand feature usage
- Provide customer support
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
3. Third‑Party Services
AudioPurge may interact with the following services:
Website Hosting
- Vercel – may collect anonymous analytics such as page views.
Backend Infrastructure
- Railway – may store server logs (IP addresses may appear in logs for security).
Payments
- Stripe – handles all payment processing. Stripe may collect personal and billing information according to their own privacy policy.
Code Hosting
- GitHub – hosts the project repository.
We do not control how these services handle data. Please refer to their respective privacy policies.
4. Cookies & Tracking
Our website may use:

- Basic cookies for functionality
We do not use advertising trackers.
5. Your Rights (NZ Privacy Act 2020)

For international users, we extend the same rights wherever possible.
6. Data Retention
We retain:

- Support emails indefinitely unless deletion is requested
